Returns

V73.it intends to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers by offering them the opportunity to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 30 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order to send v73.it one or more returned items, the Customer must comply with precise conditions:

The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
Goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, of equal or greater amount must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the v73.it website.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, v73.it reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to return it to the Customer at the latter's expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

The Customer can request the return of all or part of his/her order by logging on to www.v73.it and entering his/her registered account and clicking on the "My Returns" section.
Here the Customer can request the return by clicking on the "Add a new Return Form" button and then on the "Select Order" button corresponding to the order that contains the items that he/she wishes to return.
For each item, the number of pieces returned, the reason and the condition of the items must be entered.

Further below must be selected the method of reimbursement: if the order was paid by card or wallet will have to choose card.
Once this procedure is completed, the Customer will receive by email the waybill of the courier CRONO REVERSE Poste Italiane to be printed and applied on the package.

The Customer is required to use only the Crono Reverse Waybill to ship returns.
Shipping is at the Customer's risk: V73 is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type of the same.
All returned items are subject to inspection by V73 staff who verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. V73 reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure that the returned items are put back on sale. These amounts are determined at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

You can send parcels at qualified post offices or at one of the qualified Puntoposte (a list of which is published on www.poste.it) or through the home pick-up service (Pick-up), which can be booked through the toll-free number 803.160.

The Customer can check the status of its shipments through Poste's free electronic identification service Tracking&Tracing (T&T) available at www.poste.it from the working day following the day of acceptance or through the Contact Center at 800.160.000 or through the Technological Solutions in use by the Customer.

It is understood that items submitted:

with forms other than Crono Reverse;

30 days "after" receipt of the goods, for any reason whatsoever, will not be accepted, with consequent charging of the relevant fees to Shippers.

Pursuant to Art. 1381 Civil Code, the Sender undertakes to;

a)ship the items at the authorized post offices or request Pick-up service;
b)pack the shipment in accordance with the instructions contained in the Shipping Guide and Crono Reverse wrapping and packaging instructions
c)clearly and correctly indicate the address of the Sender itself and of the Recipient on the outer wrapping of the item;
d)accompanies each mailing with the appropriate Waybill, prepared in accordance with these GTC
Sorting and delivery operations are carried out according to the data indicated by the Sender on the Waybill; it is therefore essential that the Sender uses the Waybill sent by v73.it complete and correct, showing the Sender's first and last name, Recipient's first and last name and address of both, complete with street number (and interior or stairway, if any, as these are necessary for the identification of the delivery point). The Sender's telephone number is recommended, so that Customer Service can contact him/her in case of need. Poste Italiane guarantees correct delivery only if the address is complete and accurate. The Codice di Avviamento Postale, or ZIP code is an indispensable element to guarantee delivery: automated sorting is based on the video reading of the ZIP code, which must be indicated correctly on the Waybill. For large cities, divided into postal zones, the specific ZIP Code and NOT the generic one (e.g. 50134 and NOT 50100) must be indicated.

The name and address of both Sender and Recipient, including the Postal Address Code, must also be correctly indicated on the outer envelope of the item, i.e., on a label firmly attached to it. For added security, the Sender's and Recipient's information (and possibly also the Waybill number) should be marked on the box. This information is for guidance only. The Customer is solely responsible for the wrapping, labeling and packaging of shipments, entrusted to Poste Italiane. The Customer - Sender is still responsible for any damage resulting from defective packaging, even if not detected at the time of acceptance.

Poste delivers from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. Poste undertakes to deliver according to a delivery target of four working days following the day of mailing, excluding Saturdays and holidays, in accordance with the Postal Service Charter, published at www.poste.it. For items delivered for acceptance beyond the cut-off times established for Qualifying Post Offices or Puntoposte, the delivery period begins on the business day following the day of acceptance. Poste reserves the right to change the delivery standards for shipments in the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes or any other fact or event not attributable to it by giving written notice to the Customer within the business day (Monday through Friday) following the occurrence of the event, without further cost or charge. Compliance with delivery targets is, likewise, subject to Shippers' compliance with weight and size requirements, proper staging of shipments.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an e-mail of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit to credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) or PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal). There may be a few days between the date the return is received and the date the refund is issued. Refunds are made in the same currency of purchase. Any losses due to financial fluctuations will not be refunded.
